April Russell, ADN, RN
I've been a nurse for 17 years, with the past 8 spent as a nurse injector, the others in the ICU and GI lab -- and I truly love what I do. Helping people feel confident and happy in their own skin is such a rewarding part of my work. I take pride in offering the best care possible and always stay up to date on new techniques, products, and services to better serve my clients. I also love teaching and sharing what I've learned over the years, whether it's with my clients or fellow nurses. This career has given me the chance to combine my passion for aesthetics with my love of helping others -- and I couldn't ask for more.
Page Manry, BSN, RN
I began my nursing career at 21 years old in April 2021, working in the ER during the peak of the Covid-19 pandemic. While this was a valuable experience, I quickly realized that emergency medicine wasn’t my passion. I transitioned to a local, privately-owned ER, where I had previously worked as a medical scribe during nursing school. However, I still knew it wasn’t the perfect fit. I soon discovered the world of aesthetics, and it immediately clicked. I knew right away that this was the path I was made for. In October 2022, I earned my aesthetics certification from the National Laser Institute and began injecting shortly after. Since then, I’ve found my calling for enhancing natural beauty rather than re-creating it. I absolutely love helping people look and feel like the best versions of themselves.
OUR MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Trung Nguyen
Dr. Nguyen graduated from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1998 and completed a Family Medicine residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2002. Board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine since 2003, Dr. Nguyen brings more than two decades of experience caring for patients throughout East Texas and El Paso, including 19 years serving in Level II and Level III trauma centers. As a longtime Tyler resident, Dr. Nguyen has called Tyler home for the past 23 years and is proud to be a local physician serving the community. In addition to extensive experience in family medicine, Dr. Nguyen has received specialized training in Botox and dermal fillers, as well as PDO threads, PRP injections, and microneedling, bringing a comprehensive medical background and a personalized approach to aesthetic care.

SABER SMITH, BSN, RN
With over 5.5 years of experience as an ICU Registered Nurse, Saber brings a strong clinical foundation and a meticulous eye for detail to the field of aesthetics. Since 2019, she has specialized as a nurse injector, combining her medical expertise with an artistic approach to deliver natural-looking results tailored to each patient’s unique anatomy.
Her philosophy centers on enhancing, not altering, individual beauty, with a special focus on treatments that support both skin health and inner confidence. Patients appreciate her precision, gentle touch, and commitment to safety, as well as her passion for creating results that look effortless and authentic.
Whether through injectables or skin health treatments, Saber strives to help each patient feel refreshed, confident, and radiant.

TAMMY SMITH, LMT
Hi, I’m Tammy! I am a massage therapist at Bliss Aesthetics! I started receiving massages for myself on a regular basis after my own injury around 2010. After realizing the positive effect massage had on me and noticing the difference it has made for my mind and body connection, I decided to study to become a LMT in 2014.
My philosophy is simple: I believe, inherently, that massage can optimize your innate health and well-being. I try to facilitate the natural healing process by listening to my client’s particular needs. I will be working collaboratively with you to develop an individualized treatment plan that enhances your experience.
My mission is to provide focused massage therapy by continuously listening to my clients and tailoring every treatment with your needs in mind. I will do this in a friendly, professional manner, within a safe, clean and inviting setting. I believe my role is to not only achieve positive results, but to also empower each of my clients with knowledge about their bodies and what they can do to enhance their own well-being.
